Door size option refers to the door slab nominal size. For unit size or rough opening refer to the size guide or contact a sales representative.
Prehung doors will ship knocked down to avoid damages and to ease the handling. These doors have been machined and the prep work finished, but none of the individual parts have been applied. A knocked down door can be put together into an assembled door in about 10 minutes.
The image only represent one size and the door components proportion may change on smaller or larger size.
Lockset, accessories and Prefinishing shown on the door photos are not included. They may be available at an additional charge.
Primed doors are not a fully finished products and cosmetic imperfections are to be expected. These doors are to be sanded and repaired prior to painting.
Due to monitor settings, monitor pixel definitions, limitations of desktop scanners, digital photography, and dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen as an exact color of the product. We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. All colors are approximations of actual colors.

If color is important you must order Free or Paid (depends on the product) samples prior to ordering.


Stain samples are produced to be as accurate as possible. However, actual colors on your new wood windows and doors may vary from these samples slightly. Wood is a natural substance used for windows, doors and trims and as such will display its own unique characteristics. Wood has grains that will absorb stains at different amounts, depending on orientation of the grain, types of woods used and the moisture content of the wood. As a result, variation will occur throughout the wood. US Door & More Inc cannot be responsible for the actual degree of variation of stain color that may occur in your windows or doors.

A tempering logo is a small etching that is made in one corner of each piece of glass indicating that it has been tempered and meets government standards for tempered glass. The default for us is to logo the glass. Unless Specified, the logo location will be placed at US Door & More Inc discretion. Undesired logo location will not warrant a remake. In the event the tempering logo is missed, US Door will provide the glass factory documentation that proves the glass is tempered.

At US Door, we offer shipping services to our customers as a courtesy service. We partner with a reliable third-party logistics company to provide top-quality shipping services at reasonable prices. We offer curbside delivery, but please note that shipping costs may vary based on factors beyond our control. If there are any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order, we'll notify you promptly. You'll have the option to cancel the shipping through US Door's chosen freight company and arrange shipping through a different freight company at your own expense.

We ship to 48 states in the Continental US and Canada, so no matter where you are, we can get your order to you.

To accomplish this, we use a solid and secure crating system that is specifically designed to protect your door during shipping. Additionally, all products sold by US Door & More Inc. are insured by the shipping company and guaranteed by the manufacturer to arrive in perfect condition. 

And for added peace of mind, we provide an option for buyers to purchase cargo insurance, allowing them to report any damage up to 5 days after delivery.

Delivery Information

We understand that receiving your order in a timely and convenient manner is important to you. That's why we provide you with all necessary delivery information to prepare you for delivery, including full carrier information, contact numbers, tracking numbers, and turnaround times. A company representative will contact you prior to shipment to schedule a delivery date that works best for you. Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be provided to you along with instructions that will allow you to track your shipment every step of the way.

Shipped via Ground

When it comes to shipping your order, we take every precaution to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. That's why we use a reliable truck freight company to ship your order via ground transportation. This allows us to provide you with a cost-effective shipping option while also ensuring that your door is delivered safely and securely.

Inspect upon delivery!

Upon delivery, please examine the condition of the boxes and be on the lookout for signs of damage or tampering, such as Crushed boxes,Torn shrink wrap, Broken pallets. Make sure to document the box conditions and any observed damages on the delivery receipt or bill of lading (BOL).

At US Door & More Inc., we are committed to providing full support to our customers in filing claims for damages that occur during transit.

⚠️However, please note that US Door & More Inc. does not assume responsibility for damages reported after delivery, and the Purchaser will be responsible for proving that the damage occurred during transit.⚠️

Please note, there is an exception for those with extended cargo insurance. You have the advantage of a 5-DAY grace period to report any damages, including those not mentioned on the bill of lading (BOL). Make the most of this extended protection and remember to report within the specified time frame!


First, we recommend having basic hand tools like a knife, hammer, and cutting pliers on hand at delivery. These tools will allow you to open the crates without damaging the packing materials, and you should also have a camera or smartphone with a camera to take pictures of the shipment.

For larger orders, we suggest opening the crate in the truck and unloading the doors individually with the driver's permission, or changing the delivery address to a commercial address with a receiving deck. It's important to inspect the shipment before accepting it, as failure to do so may absolve the carrier from liability for concealed damage.

If the delivery driver refuses inspection, please note on the delivery receipt that the "shipment is refused" and "driver will not allow me to examine freight." US Door is not responsible for any additional shipping fees other than the standard shipping fee, and assumes no responsibility for damage to the product or personal injury arising from unloading or unpacking of shipments.

Please do not sign the proof of delivery until you have inspected the freight. If damage is visible, take pictures and note it on the delivery receipt. If you need to return the shipment, you can use the same packaging.

Please do not sign for deliveries "subject to inspection." We hope these best practices help you receive your order with ease and satisfaction. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

It's your responsibility to arrange for manpower or equipment to unload the truck upon delivery. The shipping company delivers to the curbside only. Note that extra-large items may not be compatible with the lift gate due to safety concerns. For large doors, consider a commercial address with a receiving dock or proper unloading equipment. Prepare in advance for a successful delivery experience!

DO NOT Reject Any Shipment for Any Reason, Including Damages

Any rejection of a shipment for non-conforming or defective goods must be authorized by US Door through the claim process provided at https://www.doornmore.com/help/claim.html. Purchaser’s rejection of a shipment without prior arrangement with US Door will automatically cancel any shipping arrangements made by US Door on the Purchaser’s behalf. In the event Purchaser rejects a shipment, Purchaser shall be responsible for making alternative shipping arrangements or picking up the order from the manufacturer’s warehouse. US Door is not responsible for lost, undelivered, or refused shipments.

It is important to understand that under no circumstances should you reject any shipment, including those with damages. If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact us immediately through the provided claim process, and we will work with you to resolve any issues and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.

By rejecting a shipment without prior arrangement with us, you will be responsible for making alternative shipping arrangements or picking up the order from the manufacturer’s warehouse. We highly recommend that you contact us through the provided claim process in the event of non-conforming or defective goods, and we will work with you to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Important Tips for Shipping to Your Address: Avoiding Inaccessible Deliveries

Currently, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Please make sure to provide a valid physical address during checkout.

When your item(s) are delivered, the freight company will bring them to the curb or as close to your home as space allows by truck. After that, it's up to you to unload the item(s) from the back of the truck and bring them into your home.

Please note that if the delivery address is inaccessible or invalid, the delivery may not be able to be brought "curbside." Here are some reasons why an address may be considered inaccessible:

  • The street or driveway leading to your address is narrow or unpaved.
  • The road/driveway is crowded with parked vehicles, preventing the truck from getting through.
  • Low tree branches or cables obstruct the truck's path.

To avoid any issues with your delivery, we recommend discussing any concerns you have about your address with the freight company prior to the delivery date. This will ensure that your address is accessible and that your delivery goes as smoothly as possible.

Shipping Large or Bulky Items

Products will be delivered to the truck's rear or tailgate. Optional lift gate service or inside delivery is available at additional cost. If the shipment is too large for the lift gate or too heavy for helpers, consider these options:

  1. Unload doors individually from the crate in the truck (driver's permission required).
  2. Change to a nearby commercial address with a receiving dock.
  3. Inspect and receive the shipment at the local terminal (may void carrier's liability for concealed damage).

US Door & More Inc. is not responsible for any damage, personal injury, or other issues during unloading from the curbside to the inside space.

For moving the shipment from the terminal to your desired location, consider hiring a specialty carrier or using a forklift. US Door & More Inc. is not responsible for additional fees beyond the standard shipping fee. Inspecting the shipment may void the original carrier's liability for concealed damage.

Cancellation and Return

Customers have 3 days from the date of purchase to cancel their order, but a 10% cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations, including those within the 3-day window. Requests for changes or returns must be made within 3 days of receipt of the order; after this time, orders are considered "non-refundable/non-changeable." Before returning any item, customers must obtain authorization from Us Door & More Inc. Please note that the minimum order fee is non-refundable.

Return Fees

Customers are responsible for paying for the shipping charges associated with returning any items. No refunds will be issued until the items have been safely received and processed by our manufacturer's warehouse. To ensure a successful return, customers must retain their receipt and return the product in its original packaging. If the original packaging is lost or not usable, the customer will be responsible for packaging the item securely to prevent any damage during shipping.

Custom orders

Custom orders, such as doors that are pre-hung or pre-finished, cannot be returned or refunded once the order has been placed. This applies to all orders that are made to specific measurements or specifications provided by the customer. Once a custom order has been placed and processed, it is considered final and non-refundable/non-returnable.

If any goods are found to be faulty, we will fulfill our obligations as outlined in our terms and conditions. Upon receipt of the goods, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect all items and report any non-conforming or defective goods in writing within three (3) calendar days of delivery and before installation.
