Terms & Conditions
INTRODUCTION
Your use of this website, www.doornmore.com (“Website”), and your purchase of goods and services offered on this Website, or any purchase from US Door & More, Inc. (“US Door”), shall be governed by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement (“Agreement”). This Agreement constitutes a legal contract between you, the purchaser (“Purchaser”), and US Door, pursuant to § 672.204, Fla. Stat., and other applicable law, and by placing an order on the Website. Purchaser agrees to be bound by the terms contained in this Agreement, which shall control over any subsequent terms and conditions exchanged between the parties.
PRICING
US Door always attempts to provide Purchaser with best user experience including by providing Purchaser with the most up to date pricing information. However, prices on US Door’s website, catalogs or provided in US Door quotes are subject to change without notice. Price extensions are sometimes made in writing by US Door at its sole discretion and are intended for Purchaser’s convenience only, and they, as well as any mathematical, stenographic or clerical errors, are not binding on US Door. In the event a pricing error is discovered by US Door subsequent to Purchaser’s placement of an Order, US Door agrees to notify Purchaser of the error in writing within ten (10) business days of placement of the Order. Upon Purchaser’s receipt of the notice of pricing error, Purchaser shall have the option to: 1) pay the difference in price and continue with the placement of the Order; or 2) cancel the Order for a full refund.
PAYMENT
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by US Door, payment must be received by US Door by credit card, personal check, or wire transfer prior to acceptance of, and the duty to fulfill, any order. Where US Door has agreed to payment terms other than the foregoing, including purchases on credit, then the Purchaser will receive an invoice for the amount due for the order. Payment is due immediately upon Purchaser’s receipt of the invoice. In the event payment is not timely made in accordance with this Agreement, delinquent accounts will be assessed a monthly service charge in the amount of 1.5% of the delinquent balance, or the maximum allowable by law, for every thirty (30) calendar days that the account remains delinquent. US Door retains the right to cancel any order that is placed for any item or items for which the price appearing on this Website is inaccurate in any respect, including prices resulting from typographical or other errors; in such event, US Door will provide the Purchaser the right to purchase the item or items at the correct price, or a full refund, whichever the Purchaser requests. Purchaser agrees US Door’s acceptance of less than the full purchase amount shall not be construed as a waiver of US Door’s right to collect the remainder due.US Door reserves all rights and remedies for non-payment, breach, or default hereunder.
DOOR SPECIFICATIONS
All interior single swing doors to have a lockset prep of 2-1/8" diameter with a 2-3/8" backset, two (2) for 80” height and three (3) for 96” with standard US2D colored hinges, and door stop, unless otherwise specified. All door jambs will be shipped knocked down to avoid damage during transit. Double doors with astragal, door slabs or bi-fold doors are not pre-drilled for locksets, unless otherwise specified. Door drawings on the website or order form may not be exactly to scale. Narrow doors and bi-folds will only be one (1) panel wide. We reserve the right to re-proportion non-standard doors. Purchaser must specifically request shop drawings to ensure the door proportions are as desired. Doors 1'-6" or less may have narrow side stiles unless otherwise. All images on the Website are representative of the appearance of the products offered and actual products may vary slightly from those images. Locks, handles, door frames, and related fixtures are not included unless specified as being included. All doors are sold unfinished unless specified as finished, or Purchaser chooses a finish, notwithstanding any finish depicted in product image. Purchaser shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the products purchased from US Door will comply with all current state and/or local zoning requirements, fire regulations, and buildings standards, including, but not limited, state and/or local building codes. Purchaser expressly acknowledges that it has not relied upon any measurements provided by US Door to make any openings for the door. Purchaser agrees to verify opening size after receipt of doors from US Door. Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that US Door will not be responsible for any damages related to measurements provided by it to Purchaser.
TEMPERING LOGO
A tempering logo is a small etching that is made in one corner of each piece of glass indicating that it has been tempered and meets government standards for tempered glass. The default for us is to logo the glass. Unless Specified, the logo location will be placed at US Door & More Inc discretion. Undesired logo location will not warrant a remake. In the event the tempering logo is missed, US Door will provide the glass factory documentation that proves the glass is tempered.
COLOR DISCLAIMER
Due to inherent variations in monitor settings, digital displays, and the natural differences in dye lots, the colors viewed on any screen or device are approximate representations only. We strive for accuracy, but actual product colors may vary.
If color is critical to your project, we strongly recommend ordering a free or paid sample (where available) before finalizing your purchase.
Stain Samples are also produced to be as accurate as possible. However, because wood is a natural material with unique grains, orientations, and moisture content, some variation in stain color is unavoidable. US Door & More Inc. is not responsible for slight differences in color that may appear once the product is stained or finished.
PRE-HUNG DOORS MAY BE SHIPPED “KNOCKED DOWN”.
All doors, including “pre-hung” doors, may be shipped knocked down and will require assembly prior to installation.
LEAD TIME
Any Lead Times provided by US Door are calculated using the best information available at the time the Order is received. However, any Lead Times provided to Purchaser are merely estimates and are subject to change due to various circumstances. Purchaser expressly states that he/she has not relied upon the Lead Time proved by US Door in any way. Purchaser should not schedule any installation or other trades until Purchaser is in possession of the product ordered. In the event of shipping delay of more than four (4) weeks from the original projected Lead Time, Purchaser shall have the option to cancel the Order within twenty-four (24) hours of his/her receipt of the notice of delay from US Door. Purchaser’s option to cancel the order does not apply to custom orders where production has already commenced.
SHIPPING POLICY AND TERMS (WHEN US DOOR HANDLES SHIPPING)
COURTESY SERVICE
Shipping is the Purchaser’s responsibility; however, at Purchaser’s request, US Door may arrange shipping as a courtesy service via a freight company chosen by US Door.
ESTIMATED VS. ACTUAL COSTS
US Door estimates shipping costs to the best of its ability at the time of purchase; however, actual costs may vary. If actual shipping charges exceed the estimate, the Purchaser must either:
- Pay the actual cost, or
- Cancel shipping through US Door’s carrier and arrange alternative shipping at the Purchaser’s sole expense.
CHANGES TO SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS
Any change to the requested delivery date, shipping address, or similar details must be received in writing by US Door within three (3) days of placing the order (or before the order ships, whichever comes first). The purchaser will receive an email confirming receipt of the order, and a second email once the order has shipped. If the order ships before day three, changes may no longer be possible.
VALID PHYSICAL ADDRESS
US Door does not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses; Purchaser must provide a valid physical address at checkout.
DELIVERY PROCESS.
- A freight company representative will contact Purchaser prior to shipment to schedule a date and time for delivery.
- Coordinating Delivery & Unloading:
Purchaser is responsible for working with the delivery center to schedule the arrival time and ensure that suitable unloading arrangements (e.g., a forklift or loading dock) are in place for large orders. Most freight carriers only offer curbside service, so any required equipment or labor beyond that is the Purchaser’s sole responsibility. If these arrangements are not made and the carrier cannot unload safely, additional fees (such as re-delivery or storage) may apply at Purchaser’s expense. - If Purchaser misses a delivery appointment, any re-delivery fee charged by the freight company is Purchaser’s responsibility.
- If Purchaser is unable to accept delivery within two (2) calendar days after the shipment arrives at the service center, the carrier may assess storage fees, which are also Purchaser’s responsibility.
- Inaccessible or Invalid Delivery Address:
If the provided address is inaccessible (e.g., narrow roads, unpaved or restricted areas) or invalid, and the carrier cannot complete the delivery, the Purchaser remains responsible for the full purchase order amount plus any additional delivery charges or rerouting costs. - US Door strongly advises against picking up orders from the freight company’s terminal or any location other than the agreed delivery address, as US Door will not be liable for damages or issues arising from such arrangements.
PAYMENT OF SHIPPING FEES
US Door pays standard shipping costs upfront. Purchaser should not be required to pay anything additional at the time of delivery for standard shipping. If Purchaser requests extra services (e.g., inside delivery, lift-gate), any extra fees charged by the carrier are Purchaser’s sole responsibility, and US Door is not liable.
NO RELIANCE ON ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES
Any estimated delivery dates provided by US Door are approximate. Purchaser acknowledges they have not relied on these dates and waives any claim for damages arising from delivery delays.
FORCE MAJEURE
US Door is not liable for any delay in delivery or default caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, governmental action, strikes, fire, wars, acts of terrorism, manufacturers’ shortages, unavailability or delay of transportation, and acts of God (each a “Force Majeure Event”). If a Force Majeure Event occurs, delivery timelines and any associated costs may be reasonably adjusted.
RECEIVING – BEST PRACTICES.
- Have basic hand tools (e.g., knife, hammer, cutting pliers) ready to open crates without damaging packaging; use a camera or smartphone to document the shipment upon arrival.
- For large orders, consider unloading items individually inside the truck (with driver’s permission) or shipping to a commercial address with a dock.
- Inspect before signing the Proof of Delivery. If the driver refuses inspection, write: “SHIPMENT REFUSED. DRIVER WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO EXAMINE FREIGHT.”
- US Door is not responsible for any damage or personal injury occurring during unloading or unpacking.
- Do not sign “subject to inspection.” If damage is visible, photograph it and note it on the delivery receipt.
- Retain packaging if you need to file a claim or return the product.
Minimum Order Amount As a wholesaler, we are not set up to process orders below $1,000. A $150 processing fee applies to orders below this amount. This fee is not refundable in case of order cancelation.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS.
ALL SALES FINAL (OVERVIEW)
All sales are final once an order is placed, except where this policy explicitly provides for cancellations or returns.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your order in writing within three (3) business days of placing it, provided the order has not shipped. A ten percent (10%) cancellation fee applies to all canceled orders. Custom-sized, pre-hung, or pre-finished doors cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.
RETURN POLICY (NON-CUSTOM ITEMS ONLY).
You may return non-custom items within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery, provided they are unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging (with all documentation). A twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee may apply. You are responsible for return shipping and must use a trackable shipping method. To initiate a return, you must complete the Return Request Form. Returns without prior written authorization from US Door will not be accepted.
REPORTING DELIVERY ISSUES (WITHIN 3 CALENDAR DAYS)
MISSING PARTS. If any parts are missing, Purchaser must accept the delivery and notify US Door within three (3) calendar days of taking delivery. US Door will provide replacement parts within a reasonable time after receiving notice.
DAMAGED GOODS. If a shipment arrives with damaged goods, Purchaser must accept the delivery, clearly notate the damage on the Proof of Delivery (POD), and inform US Door of the damage within three (3) calendar days of taking delivery.
DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING GOODS. Purchaser must inspect all goods upon receipt and prior to installation. Written notice of any defective or non-conforming goods must be provided within three (3) calendar days of delivery. Installation or alteration of the goods constitutes acceptance, waiving any claim for defects. Rejection of a shipment must be authorized in advance via the Claim Form.
REFUNDS
US Door may offer a replacement or repair, or issue a full refund at its option, if Purchaser properly reports defective or non-conforming items within three (3) calendar days of delivery. No refund will be provided unless the product is returned in the condition in which it was delivered, including all original packaging. Any staining, painting, cutting, or installing of the product constitutes acceptance and voids any right to a refund.
CLAIM FORM REQUIREMENT
All requests related to missing parts, damage, defective goods, or non-conformance must be made using the Claim Form. Reporting by phone or email alone will not be honored.
CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders—including custom-size, pre-hung, or pre-finished doors—are made to order and are not subject to cancellation or refund once production has commenced.
WILL CALL
Some orders are available for pick up from the manufacturer’s warehouse provided Purchaser contacts US Door to advise of pick-up prior to the order shipping. US Door will refund Purchaser’s shipping charges and email Purchaser further instructions for pick-up. The manufacturer’s warehouse is not a retail location and all orders must be fully-processed prior to pick-up.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please call or email US Door for details and shipping rates for international orders.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss for, and title to, such items passes to Purchaser upon US Door’s delivery to the carrier.
PURCHASE ORDERS
If any order is preceded by, accompanied by, or followed by a purchase order or other similar document supplied by Purchaser, the parties agree that the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement shall prevail over any terms contained in such purchase order to the extent they conflict with the terms of this Agreement.

Purchaser agrees that intellectual property existing on its Website, and associated with any product offered on such Website, is the exclusive property of US Door and/or its manufacturers, and Purchaser agrees that it will not use such intellectual property for economic gain or benefit, or in any fashion not contemplated under this Agreement.

PURCHASER WAIVES ANY AND ALL NEGLIGENCE CLAIMS IT MAY SEEK AGAINST US DOOR ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH PERFORMANCE OR NONPERFORMANCE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
NON-WAIVER
The failure to assert any right or remedy available under the terms of this Agreement shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any other right or remedy available under the terms of this Agreement by US Door.
APPLICABLE LAW AND VENUE
The parties acknowledge that this Agreement shall be governed exclusively by Florida state law except where, and only to the extent that, applicable federal law preempts Florida state law. The parties agree that any proceeding regarding the rights and obligations arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of: a) Hillsborough County, Florida; b) the location where the goods/materials were incorporated; or c) as otherwise provided by law with US Door having the sole right to choose among any of these jurisdictions and venues for any dispute related to or arising under this Agreement.
