Cancellation and Return
Customers have 3 days from the date of purchase to cancel their order, but a 10% cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations, including those within the 3-day window. Requests for changes or returns must be made within 3 days of receipt of the order; after this time, orders are considered "non-refundable/non-changeable." Before returning any item, customers must obtain authorization from Us Door & More Inc. Please note that the minimum order fee is non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for paying for the shipping charges associated with returning any items. No refunds will be issued until the items have been safely received and processed by our manufacturer's warehouse. To ensure a successful return, customers must retain their receipt and return the product in its original packaging. If the original packaging is lost or not usable, the customer will be responsible for packaging the item securely to prevent any damage during shipping.
Custom orders, such as doors that are pre-hung or pre-finished, cannot be returned or refunded once the order has been placed. This applies to all orders that are made to specific measurements or specifications provided by the customer. Once a custom order has been placed and processed, it is considered final and non-refundable/non-returnable.
Our products are designed to meet industry standards, and we stand behind the quality of our products. If any goods are found to be faulty, we will fulfill our obligations as outlined in our terms and conditions. Upon receipt of the goods, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect all items and report any non-conforming or defective goods in writing within three (3) calendar days of delivery and before installation.
