US Door & More Inc. offers comprehensive shipping services, including reliable curbside delivery through a third-party logistics company. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, with delivery to 48 states in the Continental US and Canada. A secure crating system and optional cargo insurance ensure your doors arrive in perfect condition. Detailed delivery information and best receiving practices are provided to facilitate a smooth delivery process. Customers are advised to inspect shipments upon arrival and document any damages. Returns & cancellation

Cancellation

You may cancel your order in writing within three (3) business days of placing it, provided the order has not shipped. A ten percent (10%) cancellation fee applies to all canceled orders. Custom-sized, pre-hung, or pre-finished doors cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.

Return

You may return non-custom items within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery, provided they are unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging (with all documentation). A twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee may apply. You are responsible for return shipping and must use a trackable shipping method. To initiate a return, you must complete the Return Request Form. Returns without prior written authorization from US Door will not be accepted.

Custom orders

All custom orders—including custom-size, pre-hung, or pre-finished doors—are made to order and are not subject to cancellation or refund once production has commenced.

DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING GOODS

Purchaser must inspect all goods upon receipt and prior to installation. Written notice of any defective or non-conforming goods must be provided within three (3) calendar days of delivery. Installation or alteration of the goods constitutes acceptance, waiving any claim for defects. Rejection of a shipment must be authorized in advance via the Claim Form.

DAMAGED GOODS

If a shipment arrives with damaged goods, Purchaser must accept the delivery, clearly notate the damage on the Proof of Delivery (POD), and inform US Door of the damage within three (3) calendar days of taking delivery.

MISSING PARTS

If any parts are missing, Purchaser must accept the delivery and notify US Door within three (3) calendar days of taking delivery. US Door will provide replacement parts within a reasonable time after receiving notice.

REFUNDS

US Door may offer a replacement or repair, or issue a full refund at its option, if Purchaser properly reports defective or non-conforming items within three (3) calendar days of delivery. No refund will be provided unless the product is returned in the condition in which it was delivered, including all original packaging. Any staining, painting, cutting, or installing of the product constitutes acceptance and voids any right to a refund.

Door sizeRefers to the slab nominal size. For unit size or rough opening, consult the size guide or a sales representative.

Prehung doors ship knocked downAll parts are machined and prepped. Assembly takes approximately 10 minutes.

Images are representativeImages show one size only. Proportions may vary for smaller or larger configurations.

Hardware not includedLockset, accessories and prefinishing shown in photos are not included and may be available at an additional charge.

Primed doors require finishingMinor cosmetic imperfections are expected. Sand and repair before painting.

Screen colors may varyMonitor settings affect color rendering. All colors shown are approximations. Order samples if color accuracy is critical.

Stain variation: Wood is a natural material. Grain, moisture content, and species characteristics cause stain colors to vary from samples. US Door & More Inc is not responsible for variation in stain color on finished products.

Tempering logo: A tempering logo is a small etching placed in one corner of each glass pane confirming government compliance. Placement is at US Door & More Inc discretion. If the logo is missed, factory documentation will be provided as proof of tempering.
