Step 2: Inserting  the Top Pivot Pins

Next, you need to insert the Top Pivot Pins into pre-drilled holes on top of the door panels.

Step 3: Inserting  the Top Guide Pins

Following the Top Pivot Pins, insert the Top Guide Pin into the pre-drilled holes on top of your door panels.

Step 4: Inserting  the Bottom Pivot Pin

Moving to the lower part of the door, insert the Bottom Pivot Pin into the pre-drilled hole at the bottom edge.

Step 5: Securing  the Jamb  Bracket

Now, secure the Jamb Bracket along the track on the jamb side using 1 1/2-inch screws. Ensure that you have a solid base to avoid any issues later on.

Step 6: Installing the Door Panels

Next, you need to insert the Top Pivot Pins into pre-drilled holes on top of the door panels.

Step 7: Positioning the Bottom Pivot

Next, position the Bottom Pivot into a jamb bracket on the floor. Make sure it's aligned properly for smooth operation of your Bifold door.

Step 8: Positioning the Guide Pivot

Depress the Guide Pivot and position it under the track. This is a crucial step in ensuring your door opens and closes correctly.

Step 9: Mounting the Knobs

Finally, mount the knobs at the center of the guide door, approximately 36 inches from the floor. This provides easy access and operation of your newly installed Bifold door.
