COVID-19 Safety Above All Policy

An unprecedented public health crisis requires extraordinary measures to lower the risk and assure the well-being of our customers and staff. We are carefully following the federal and state guidelines to prevent and manage the spread of the virus. While there is no place for panic, we understand the importance of planning and implementing the federal and state guidelines. We are open for business and below is the latest update about our operation:

Product Availability and Price Volatility

The continued effect of the pandemic, material shortages, product allocations, global supply chain disruptions, escalating transportation costs, a tightening skilled labor market have caused major inconvenience for suppliers and consumers. We expect these challenges to remain throughout the year 2021, which will require pricing revisions at a rapid pace. Many manufacturers are implementing price increases with little or no notice and when that occurs, we will be forced to pass along their increase in a similar fashion. To mitigate the impact of these headwinds, we suggest the followings:

Expect longer lead time and delays and plan accordingly.
Place your orders ahead of time to compensate for any unforeseen delays and sudden price increases.
Book your skilled craftsmen when you actually have the product in hand.

Production

We continue to fulfill our orders, but we may make adjustments to assure the safety of our employees. The Production worker will be working in two shifts to reduce the number of people on the floor. Should we experience a delay, we will communicate with you.

Showroom

We have all the tools available to support remote shopping. Our showroom is now serving you with appointments only. We encourage you to communicate with our team via chat, video, phone, and email. For those who come in our showroom, for your safety, we adopted a policy to postpone the handshake and personal contact until we put this period behind us. We would like to be able to help you in a less crowded environment when you pay a visit to our showroom. Therefore, a prior appointment is needed. Please maintain a 6 feet personal space during your visit and wear a facemask. 

Lead Time

While 95% of the orders are being fulfilled on time, some have been affected and shipped with delay. Since most of these delays occurred unexpectedly and beyond our control, we are working with affected customers on a case-by-case basis. 

Best Practices

We are informing our team members about the facts and reminding them to follow simple but effective steps to keep them safe such as frequent handwashing. We are disinfecting our facilities and equipment as appropriate. And as always, we are encouraging our team members to take any signs of illness seriously and seek medical attention as needed. Our office staff are either working remotely or are working with significant personal space.
